Smart-Label™: The Intelligent Labeling System Smart-Label™ is a comprehensive and intelligent labeling system which automatically reads formulae and applies the rules of the prevailing legislation to dynamically create up-to-date and accurate tags, with the minimum of fuss.

Smart-Label™ incorporates a Message Library in which is stored all categories of standard messages and warnings. These messages are automatically triggered by the presence of particular raw materials; for example, the inclusion of feed additives and growth promoters in a formula will automatically trigger the appearance of the appropriate message on the label. Drug warnings, product purpose statements, feeding instructions and all FDA requirements are handled.

Global-Manager^™ : Forecasting and Economic Information

The Global-Manager^™ program provides a comprehensive management package for handling forecasting and economic information over multiple time periods and plants. It collects and distributes raw material costs, product costs and tonnages. It includes facilities for full reporting across plants and time periods including raw material breakdown and product costs. It communicates with other systems as the source or destination of data. Global-Manager^™ provides a valuable tool for the management of companies with the need to monitor costs, etc. over time and/or different locations.

Rchive^™ : The Recipe Archive System

Rchive^™ provides a historical record of formulae by storing multiple versions for each product. These versions may be reference copies, emergency substitutions or they may form a record of production formulae. Rchive^™ provides a secure and stand-alone audit trail. The product name is stored with each version, as is the name of each ingredient contained within the formula. The nutrient analysis correct at the time of storage is held for each formula. Thus the historical record is always maintained, unbroken, even if product names, ingredient names or analysis are subsequently changed in the live or current files.

Mill Ready™ : Production Mixing Instructions

Mill Ready™  produces manufacturing instructions for recipes in reports specifically tailored to the requirements of production personnel, in accordance with mill design and manufacturing practice.  It is intended for use by formulation staff, plat managers, and production personnel.

Bio-Security^™ : Formula Security Checks

The Bio-Security^™ module performs quality assurance checks on formulae prior to their implementation for manufacturing. It reports on formulae which fail one or more of the defined security checks, according to rules and tolerances which are user-defined. It assesses the variability of feed recipes and analyses the risks that feeds will fall outside permitted tolerances. It traps unusual or unacceptable constraint costs and reports them as exceptions. It ensures that critical or essential ingredients are present and that prohibited ones are absent. Bio-Security^™ provides and essential safety net and final check on the validity and acceptability of feeds.
